New School Year Parent Meeting

Parents are invited to attend a Parent Meeting on Tuesday, August 25 at 6 p.m. in the Clear Brook HS Commons.

This meeting is an opportunity to meet the coaching staff, review important dates and events, hear about fall fundraising efforts and discover ways to support the program through the Booster Club and volunteer opportunities.

Whether you are new to the program or returning for another season, we encourage all baseball families to attend. Booster Club membership is not required. Everyone is welcome as we prepare for a successful year together. 

Baseball Program Expectations

Success at Clear Brook Baseball begins with shared expectations. Our program is committed to developing student athletes who compete with discipline, demonstrate accountability and pursue excellence in every area. These standards shape the culture of our program and guide how players represent themselves, their teammates, their school and the Clear Brook Baseball tradition.

Our expectations extend beyond the field and into the classroom and the community. They include academic performance, personal conduct, appearance, attendance, practice habits, game day behavior, sportsmanship and responsible use of social media. By embracing these standards, players contribute to an environment built on respect, commitment, teamwork and pride. Every member of the program is expected to uphold these values throughout the season and in everything they do.

Forms & Documents

All required documents must be completed and submitted before a player may participate in our program. This includes physical examinations, medical forms, emergency contact information, UIL and district paperwork and any additional documents required by Clear Brook High School or Clear Creek ISD. Families are encouraged to review and complete all required documentation as early as possible to ensure players are eligible to participate throughout the season.
